AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our new office in Brea, CA. The role focuses on supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Our company is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services, specializing in the design, installation, service, and inspection of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and other life safety systems. We are currently expanding our service operations at our Brea, CA office and are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, and work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in construction, service, or a similar industry is a plus but not required.
