Widener University is seeking an Adjunct Professor in the Department of History in the Division of Humanities, College of Arts and Sciences. The role involves teaching introductory‑level global history surveys (1500–present) and/or a 300‑level seminar in the candidate’s area of expertise. Adjunct faculty may teach 1–3 courses each semester on an as‑needed basis, meeting in person on the Chester, PA campus during the day.
Part‑time adjunct faculty may instruct 1–3 courses per semester on an "as needed" basis. Courses are offered during the day, and students may need to meet outside of regularly scheduled class time.
