All faculty positions have a primary objective to create a dynamic teaching/learning environment for our students while contributing service to the college. Responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, following the course description and outline established by the department, and potentially participating in departmental initiatives such as assessment, responding to grade submissions, and other related duties in accordance with the Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreement (CBA). Adjuncts may also be asked to provide evidence of academic achievement and recognition by professional or community organizations. Teaching may include day/evening courses, online/hybrid instruction, and other instructional modalities.
