Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach one to three sections of predominantly first‑year algebra and/or statistics courses each Fall and Spring semester.
• Teach in person during the day; 50‑minute classes, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, between 8 am and 3 pm.
• Prepare lessons and course material for each course following the syllabus and learning goals outlined by the course.
• Maintain up‑to‑date grades and attendance in the University’s Learning Management System (Canvas).
• Provide at least one office hour per week for each course taught.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required: Master’s Degree or above in Mathematics or a related field.
• Preferred: ABD or PhD in Mathematics or closely related majors, previous teaching experience, willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.
