Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an ADHD Specialist to drive quarterly and annual sales within a defined U.S. geography, executing territory strategies to maximize ADHD product utilization. You will work with healthcare professionals through in-person, virtual, and phone calls to advance access and outcomes.

The role emphasizes account-based selling, deep disease-state knowledge, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize formulary access and patient care. A 115k–150k USD salary is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales; specialty sales experience strongly preferred (neuroscience/psychiatry; ADHD/pediatric psychiatry).
• Strong account-based selling with demonstrated success.
• Knowledge of strategies/tactics for local formulary pull-through.
• Understanding of prior authorization; experience partnering with providers on access programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals/targets quarterly and/or annually.
• Engage customers (HCPs and staff) via face-to-face, virtual, or phone.
• Analyze market dynamics and execute against trends impacting the business.
• Develop and execute territory business plans and call plans aligned with objectives.
• Maintain awareness of payer access and identify pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of disease state and product to serve as a resource.
• Partner with stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
• Attend industry meetings, conventions, and exhibits as necessary.
