Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Financial Systems Support Analyst in New York, NY. This role focuses on maintaining Aderant Expert/3E systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering timely user support.

You will develop SQL queries, work with SSRS and Power BI, and help with reporting and analytics for the Business Finance team. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience with Aderant products, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced professional

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in computing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Aderant Expert, 3E, or comparable software.
• Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI.
• Experience supporting financial system integrations and APIs.
• Strong SQL querying, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical and functional support for Aderant financial systems and related applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and document resolutions and support procedures.
• Assist users with system navigation, functionality, and inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity across financial systems and related applications.
• Develop and execute ad hoc SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
