Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP in New York City seeks a Finance Systems Analyst to support the Finance Systems team with development for the Financial System and related products. The role requires collaboration across development, test, and production environments and hands-on work in system modifications and reporting.

You will analyze requirements, develop data objects, and create financial analytics while supporting end users and enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with a legal ERP system such as Aderant Expert or Elite 3E.
• Strong SQL coding skills and experience with financial management systems.
• Experience with DocuDraft, Microsoft Visual Studio, and SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Exposure to Emburse Enterprise, Intapp Time, Intapp Intake & Conflicts, Billblast, and VersaPay Cash Applications is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information to recommend and plan modifications for the Aderant Expert system.
• Assess user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Modify both classic and framework forms.
• Create custom SQL and HTML notifications.
• Update bill, remittance, and payment templates.
• Manage email subscriptions for recurring reports.
• Develop SQL code bases using existing data objects and implement new objects.
• Support the business analysis and development lifecycle.
• Develop customized financial analytics and models.
• Develop integrated data solutions with finance and IT teams.
• Serve as escalation point for end users and provide system maintenance.
• Assist in formalizing support and security models for finance systems.
