Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supporting a complex ecosystem of systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and independence in troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the Aderant financial system and modules.
• Install, maintain, and provide technical expertise for financial systems beyond Aderant.
• Perform QA testing of new installs and upgrades.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and coordinate with IT teams.
