Job summary

GE Vernova's Advanced Manufacturing and Repair Technology (AMRT) Additive team seeks an Engineering Leader to guide a 24+ asset additive operation. You will mentor engineers and technicians, drive high-impact improvement projects, and industrialize new additive technologies across the Global Supply Chain.

The role requires deep technical authority in additive manufacturing, strong communication with cross-functional teams, and a strategic, growth-oriented leadership style. Travel <10% will be required, with relocation support available as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Mechatronics, or related).
• 8+ years of relevant experience including leadership or coaching of teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (<10%).
• U.S. citizen or eligible for work on export-controlled tech.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and technicians.
• Lead additive test hardware and development components across 24+ assets.
• Drive continuous improvement projects within the Additive Development Value Stream.
• Industrialize new additive technologies into the Gas Power Global Supply Chain.
• Serve as domain expert for additive processes and hardware qualification.
