Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in a high-complexity manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and a track record of resolving complex manufacturing challenges.
• Experience or strong aptitude for managing teams, setting expectations, and coaching for growth.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to translate technical information for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process Ownership: Define, control, and optimize production processes, tooling, and equipment to meet high-precision standards.
• Bridge the Gap: Validate design specifications and ensure seamless shop-floor implementation of new products and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Lead & Develop: Direct leadership to your team, staffing, performance development, and creating an inclusive environment where engineers can thrive.
• Strategic Execution: Apply deep technical knowledge and analytical thinking to translate policy into actionable strategy.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Use judgment to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing cycles using data and insights.
• Mentor & Influence: Act as a technical resource, lead cross-functional projects, and guide team members toward consensus.
