Job summary

RTX AMPCC in East Hartford seeks an Additive Manufacturing Operations Lead to manage a skilled team, drive near‑term industrialization plans, and support development builds on advanced AM machines. You will implement RCCA actions, create rigorous standard work, and ensure quality and safety across projects.

You will engage suppliers, coordinate with OEMs, and help develop PO language and a AM‑focused QMS, while aligning resources to milestones on time and budget.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a related field with extensive hands-on experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in additive manufacturing and leadership.
Experience operating and maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage AMPCC team, ensure smooth operation and skill growth.
Plan near-term industrialization and expand AM capabilities.
Support development builds on AM machines and document RCCA results.
Contribute to proposal development and project scheduling to meet milestones.
Improve processes and enforce RTX CORE principles for quality and safety.
Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs on projects and equipment.
