Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing and Repair Technology (AMRT) Additive Process Team Engineering Leader. You will oversee 24+ additive assets, mentor engineers and technicians, and drive SQDC improvements while transitioning new technologies from R&D into full-scale production.

The role emphasizes technical authority in additive processes, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic contribution to network strategy and business process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Mechatronics, or related field).
• 8+ years of relevant experience leading or coaching individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and technicians; coaching and training.
• Lead additive test hardware and development components across the Additive Development Lean Line (24+ assets).
• Drive high-impact SQDC improvement projects within the value stream.
• Lead the transition of additive technologies from R&D to full-scale manufacturing.
• Serve as a primary domain expert for additive processes and hardware qualification.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning.
• Stay informed on industry shifts and apply learnings to improve product and team culture.
