Qualifications

• Must hold Colorado licensure (LCSW, LPC, CAS, or LAC).
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to supervise counselors and interns with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assigns counselors’ caseloads and adjusts as needed.
• Provides direct supervision and staff development activities.
• Reviews assessments and treatment plans for quality and accuracy.
• Manages counseling staff and leads performance discussions.
• Maintains partial counseling caseload as needed.
• Guides counselors pursuing licensure/certification.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
