Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Compassionate Addiction Counselor Supervisor in Colorado to oversee Counselors and Interns, ensuring timely documentation and addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. The supervisor will also manage related expenditures within the budget and guide licensure efforts.

Essential duties include caseload assignment, direct supervision, and review of assessments and treatment plans for interns, while maintaining quality patient

Qualifications

• Must hold an LCSW, LPC, CAS, or LAC in the state of Colorado.
• Experience with chemically dependent individuals.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Personable, adaptable and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Assign counselors’ caseloads and amend as needed.
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and oversee staff through meetings and training.
• Review assessments and treatment plans for interns for quality and accuracy.
• Manage counseling staff; facilitate performance discussions, documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain partial counseling caseload.
• Support counselors in obtaining licensure or certification.
• Other duties as determined by supervisor.
