MedMark Treatment Centers seeks a compassionate Counselor Supervisor to lead the counseling team in our outpatient program. The supervisor will oversee clinicians, ensure compliance with laws, and ensure timely documentation and quality service to patients.

The role requires OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S, with a minimum of 3 years in chemical dependency, and previous supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMRs is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
• Must have prior supervisory experience and be self-motivated.

Aufgaben

• Assigns counselors’ caseloads and amends as needed.
• Conducts quality assurance file reviews.
• Direct and supervise all intake operations.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients.
• Ensure accurate and current clinical records are maintained per Federal and State Regulations governing NTP clinics.
• Maintain counseling caseload and provide direct supervision to clinicians.
