Job summary

Kinetic Automation is hiring an ADAS Performance Manager to enable dealerships, fleet operators, and collision centers through expert ADAS calibration training, documentation, and workflow optimization.

The role blends collision repair knowledge with software as a service, with responsibilities including account growth, customer success leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to travel 3–4+ days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive technologies, collision repair practices, repair estimates, and insurance claims processes.
• Experience with CCC and Mitchell repair estimating software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers at all levels.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities with multiple priorities.
• Leadership/management experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel 3–4+ days per week to customer locations and events.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to pass background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to boost retention.
• Deliver training to improve ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure calibration proficiency, software use, and documentation standards.
• Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts.
• Coach Customer Success team to achieve growth, retention, and satisfaction targets.
• Share insights with product/ops/tech teams to improve offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs and improvements.
• Ensure responsive support and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation of calibration/software.
• Invest in ongoing expertise and stay current on OEM requirements and ADAS trends.
