Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the collision repair, automotive service, or ADAS calibration industry.
• Strong knowledge of pre- and post-scanning procedures and ADAS calibration processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Develop and deliver training programs on ADAS calibration.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure customer proficiency.
