Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the collision repair, automotive service, or ADAS calibration industry.
Strong knowledge of pre- and post-scanning procedures and ADAS calibration processes.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Develop and deliver training programs on ADAS calibration.
Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure customer proficiency.
