Job summary

Kinetic Automation is seeking an ADAS Performance Manager to train and enable dealerships, fleet operators, and collision centers in ADAS calibration, documentation, and workflow optimization. The role emphasizes customer success, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, and technical teams.

Responsibilities include leading on-site visits, coaching the Customer Success team, and driving improvements through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive technologies, collision repair practices, repair estimates, and insurance claims processes.
• Experience with automotive repair estimating software such as CCC and Mitchell.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to improve customer retention and service quality.
• Deliver training to improve ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to verify calibration processes and documentation.
• Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts.
• Lead and coach Customer Success team members to achieve growth, retention, and satisfaction targets.
• Share insights with product, operations, and technical teams to drive improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs and process enhancements.
• Ensure responsive support by addressing inquiries and escalating issues when needed.
• Lead onboarding and ensure successful implementation of calibration and software solutions.
• Stay current on OEM requirements and ADAS documentation trends.
