The ADAS Performance Manager plays a critical role in enabling the success of dealerships, fleet operators, and collision repair centers by providing expert insights and training on ADAS calibration, documentation, and workflow optimization. This position requires familiarity with automotive technologies and repair practices, insurance claims processes, and software as a service. The ADAS Performance Manager will be responsible for account and revenue growth, which requires a blend of collision repair expertise, repair estimate accuracy, customer relationship management, and a passion for driving operational excellence in the automotive service industry. Over time, the scope of this role may expand to include oversight and support of a team of Solutions Leads, ensuring consistent delivery of customer training, performance evaluations, and support across assigned territories.
