Axon Enterprise is looking for a professional to manage training operations for Adaptive Control courses. This role requires onsite work at various HUB locations and significant travel throughout the U.S. Responsibilities include overseeing course logistics, coordinating instructors, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant operational and/or instructional experience in combatives.
• Proven competency and experience as an instructor.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations of Adaptive Control courses.
• Lead and coordinate Adaptive Control instructors.
• Ensure instructional quality and logistics are met.
