Job summary

Axon seeks a Technical Account Manager focused on SaaS solutions for law enforcement. This role entails managing deployments and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Ideal candidates bring extensive technical program management experience and the ability to operate autonomously.

Key responsibilities include overseeing complex SaaS product deployments, working with the Product and Engineering teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, PMP certification preferred, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in support or deployment role.
• Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
• Experience delivering large software deployment, infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex enterprise-grade SaaS product deployments.
• Work with Product and Engineering team to ensure requirements are met.
• Oversee program-level change management activities with clients.
