Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking nurses to join the Flex Pool across multiple units. You will collaborate with health professionals, assess patient data, and help plan care strategies in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires RN licensure with BLS and NIHSS, with ACLS and ECG interpretation training to be completed within 6 months of hire. Floats between approved pods in the Norman area. Benefits include PTO, holidays, tuition assistance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN required; BSN or MSN preferred.
• RN license with BLS and NIHSS.
• ACLS and Basic EKG interpretation certified within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other health professionals and assess patient data.
• Plan and implement nursing care and priorities.
• Provide safe direct and indirect nursing care and evaluate responses to interventions.
