• Develop nursing diagnoses and care plans with ongoing evaluation of outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions aligned with standards and policies.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain professional practice standards and contribute to care quality.
