Norman Regional is seeking an RN to join the Flex Pool, providing patient care across multiple units including Med/Surg, IMC, and Critical Care. The position requires floating between pods and delivering comprehensive nursing care with a focus on safety and quality.

You will collaborate with diverse health professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care across shifts, including day coverage in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Float between all pods of approved units (Med/Surg, IMC, Critical Care, ER).
• Provide direct and indirect patient care with clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with health professionals to plan and implement care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient health needs across age groups.
• Develop nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
• Provide and coordinate nursing interventions to meet goals.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plan.
• Maintain professional practice and safety standards.
