Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Norman, OK is seeking an RN for the Flex Pool, rotating through Med/Surg, IMC, Ortho, Oncology and PCCU across NRHS campuses. Night shift, 7p-7a, Regular Full Time. Must float between pods and maintain BLS/NIHSS; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Diploma/ADN required; BSN or MSN preferred with Oklahoma RN license. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, collaboration with health professionals, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ADN required; BSN or MSN preferred.
• RN license in Oklahoma with BLS; NIHSS required.
• ACLS and Basic EKG interpretation within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in Med/Surg and IMC/PCCU pods; 1 year each.
• Ability to float between pods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with health professionals; assess and plan care.
• Assess or manage patient care; provide direct nursing care.
• Perform nursing functions beyond basic preparation.
• Evaluate interventions and discharge planning.
• Provide care in Flex HealthPlex units across NRHS campuses.
