BBB Great West + Pacific in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to provide flexible support across customer care, disputes, billing, and investigations. You will move between assignments as needed, learning multiple policies and systems to keep consumers and partners supported.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving, with a focus on accuracy and data quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Experience with CRM or case-management systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide cross-team support across operational groups as needed.
• Learn policies, procedures, and workflows across departments.
• Assist customers and stakeholders via phone, email, chat.
• Create and update BBB records with accuracy.
• Support billing, renewals, investigations, and accounts.
• Manage changing priorities and queues; keep leaders informed.
• Use Microsoft 365 and CRM/case-management tools.
