Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary, ongoing, and project-based support across different operational teams.
• Learn the policies, procedures, systems, and workflows of multiple departments and transition between assignments with confidence.
• Assist consumers, Accredited Businesses, and other stakeholders via phone, email, live chat.
• Provide accurate, courteous, and neutral information with empathy and sound judgment.
• Create, review, and update BBB Business Profiles, customer records, and case notes with accuracy.
• Support operational work including complaints, investigations, billing, renewals, and account activities.
