Job summary

The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking an HR Analyst 3 to serve as the ADA and workplace accommodations partner. You will lead complex interactive processes, advise managers, and ensure legally compliant appraisals and documentation across the agency.

You will interpret federal and state disability laws, support equal access, and collaborate with medical providers, HR teams, and safety partners. Hybrid work is available, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• Six years human resource experience related to the position, four at the professional level.
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field meet the requirement.
• Professional certifications (PHR/SHRM-CP/SCHRP) may substitute for some experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency subject matter expert for complex ADA accommodations and return-to-work processes.
• Lead the interactive accommodation process, evaluate eligibility, review documentation, and approve/deny requests.
• Ensure compliant administration of ADA accommodations across the agency with case oversight and reporting.
