Job summary

Prometric LLC is seeking a Testing Accommodation Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring ADA accommodations are arranged efficiently. This role focuses on smooth exam experiences and compliant handling of accommodations across internal teams.

You will resolve complaints, refunds, and appeals, while maintaining a high-quality candidate journey. Remote work is available after training, requiring strong communication and case-management skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in customer escalations.
• Experience in case management is a plus.
• ADA knowledge preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule exams and arrange assistive resources for candidates.
• Own the candidate experience from registration to post-test.
• Respond to escalations and complaints promptly.
• Meet service levels and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate data in systems.
