Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator in the United States to provide operational support, schedule exam appointments, and coordinate accommodations for candidates. You will work with clients, vendors, test centers, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of ADA-approved accommodations.

The role requires handling inquiries, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring equipment and content are prepared for exam day, with a 1-business-day KPI focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong professional communication and time management skills as well as excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential material.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Execute requests for candidates tested with accommodations following client guidelines, meeting 1 business day KPI.
• Coordinate with service provider vendors to schedule readers, interpreters, and translators per client requirements.
• Ensure equipment, software, and exam content are prepared and shipped to test centers.
• Communicate exam appointment details to Pearson VUE centers or testing locations.
• Become SME on test center capacity guidelines to meet KPI targets.
• Support Contact Center handling accommodations via Accommodation Scheduling Helpdesk lines.
