Job summary

The role supports employees and leaders by guiding requests, policies, and processes across HR and Legal Services.

You will analyze information, maintain dashboards, respond to inquiries, and provide back-up support in Employee Relations, unemployment claims, and the ADP liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HR/employee relations experience; ADA experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal leave laws and ADA amendments.
• Experience with unemployment claims and HR policy interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lee Health's Reasonable Accommodation program and related processes.
• Guide employee leave and RA decisions in compliance with ADA/PWFA.
• Respond to questions on HR policy and procedure; support ERC as needed.
• Manage Unemployment Insurance Claims and act as ADP liaison.
• Maintain HR dashboards and analytics to support leadership decisions.
