Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking an Integrated ADM Specialist to lead ADA and PWFA processes, manage FMLA and STD claims, and ensure compliant claim handling across the organization. You will guide employees through accommodations and coordinate with HR, managers, and medical providers to support timely, effective leave management.

Primarily a remote role with high collaboration across the US, you’ll analyze medical documentation, determine appropriate RTW goals, and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience managing Leaves, STD and ADA/PWFA claims or high-level disability case management.
• Strong regulatory expertise in ADA, PWFA, FMLA, and state leave laws.
• Ability to review medical documentation and translate it into workplace accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process FMLA and other federal/state leaves, STD claims, and PWFA claims.
• Advise on reasonable accommodations and coordinate return-to-work plans.
• Communicate with employees, managers, HR, and medical providers to gather information and explain processes.
• Ensure claims are processed in compliance with regulatory timeframes and internal procedures.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
