Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience managing Leaves, STD and ADA/PWFA claims.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, and state leave laws.
• Experience with self insured Short Term Disability plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidentiality.
• Ability to translate medical documentation into workplace accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process FMLA and other Federal leaves, military and state leaves, and STD claims.
• Advise on reasonable accommodation under ADA and PWFA.
• Conduct case assessments and communicate with employees, managers, and HR.
• Coordinate return-to-work planning and RTW goals.
• Review medical documentation to ensure compliance and accurate claim determinations.
• Serve as primary case contact for client representatives throughout the claim lifecycle.
