Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of associates requesting at-work accommodations and intermittent leave.
• Provide job placement assistance to associates with disabilities and coordinate coaching.
• Provide documentation and testimony for ADA/FMLA-related matters when required.
• Act as subject matter expert for complex ADA, leave of absence, and FMLA cases.
