Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an HR Leave Administrator to manage federal, state, and company leave programs from intake to closure. You will review eligibility, certify leave, and coordinate return-to-work plans to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

You will lead the ADA interactive process, evaluate reasonable accommodations, monitor deadlines, maintain confidential case records, and act as the primary liaison with third-party leave administrators and HR teams.
