You will partner with merchants, marketing, design, and production teams to translate promotions into production-ready assets, manage schedules, and ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications preferred.
• 1–3 years in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organization.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for asset prep and production support.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and production of advertising across print, digital, web, email, SMS, social, and in-store signage.
• Provide production support with asset routing, proofing, revisions, approvals, and handoff.
• Manage production schedules, timelines, and status updates for campaigns.
• Balance workload during peak periods with overflow production support.
• Maintain asset docs, job tracking, reports, and production records.
• Improve efficiency and ensure brand consistency across materials.
