Job summary

Ollie is seeking an Ad Production Specialist in Harrisburg to coordinate advertising across print, digital, email, social, and in-store channels. You will work with merchants, marketing, creative, and production teams to translate promotional needs into organized, production-ready assets.

You will use Adobe Creative Suite for asset setup, assist with layout, file organization, and handoffs for timely delivery, while maintaining brand standards and project docs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for asset setup and basic production support.
• Strong communication across merchants, marketing, creative, and production teams.
• Detail-oriented with proofreading, QA, and brand consistency checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and production of advertising across print, digital, email, social, and in-store channels.
• Provide production support: asset routing, proofing, revision management, approvals, handoff.
• Manage production schedules, timelines, and status updates to ensure on-time campaigns.
• Support workload balancing and overflow during peak periods.
• Maintain asset documentation, tracking, and production records for visibility.
