Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Corporate Operations and Senior Field Leadership across multiple disciplines in the Harrisburg area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; higher degrees are a plus.
• Retail/Operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Gather and compile field data to support the Regional Directors in identifying areas of opportunity.
• Maintain and deliver exception-based reports to the field and key members of management.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to Regional Directors.
• Provide daily oversight of field and store-related programs, including vending and contract labor.
• Learn operational systems, processes, and best practices to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure successful project completion.
• Assist with other operational priorities, special projects, and administrative support as needed.
