Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in providing physical therapy services as delegated.
• Perform specified PT procedures and modify treatment per the supervising PT's plan as patient status changes.
• Document patient progress notes accurately.
• Coordinate workload in the department and provide guidance to the PT aide.
• Address age-specific needs and ensure safety and dignity for patients.
• Identify and report any patient safety issues.
