Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Staff Nurse Inpatient to deliver expert nursing care to acutely ill patients in accordance with ANA standards and hospital policies. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care while coordinating with the health team and families.

The role requires a BSN, current IL RN license and BLS certification, plus strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to support optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data, sets outcomes, plans care and evaluates progress.

• Participates in shared governance and unit projects.
• Evaluates patient responses and personalizes the plan of care.
• Uses evidence and research to guide nursing practice.
