Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Collects and analyzes data, plans individualized care, coordinates delivery and evaluates outcomes.
• Directs care and utilizes assistants appropriately.
• Collaborates with patient, family, physicians and staff; documents the plan of care.
• Participates in shared governance and unit projects.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions and updates care plans.
• Uses evidence to guide practice decisions.
