Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Boston is recruiting an Inpatient RN CAP 2 for the Clinical Advancement Program. The role focuses on clinically competent care across assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for a defined patient group.

You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians, participate in teaching and quality improvement initiatives, and may serve as a Preceptor or lead nurse in charge where needed.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with 2+ years nephrology nursing experience in past 2 years.
• Acute dialysis experience preferred.
• Current state RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Delegate tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
• Direct and provide safe, effective patient care for assigned patients per modality procedures.
