Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Nebraska hosts an entry-level RN CAP 1 position within the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of dialysis patients, including planning, intervention and evaluation.

As part of the kidney disease health care team, you will teach, lead, and participate in quality improvement while awaiting CAP requirements. On-site work with travel to facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after dialysis
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care needs
• Coordinate with health care team for safe, continuous care
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement activities

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current state RN licensure

CPR/BLS Certification
