Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a professional registered nurse in Inpatient Services for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). The RN CAP 1 will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for assigned patients, delegating tasks as appropriate to care staff and contributing to teaching, leadership, and quality improvement within the kidney care team.

The role requires nursing licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 9 months RN experience, with dialysis experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families about learning needs and care plans.
• Ensure safe, effective direct patient care per modality procedures.
• Coordinate communication with dialysis providers and facility staff for continuity of care.
