Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse (RN CAP 1) to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The role supports assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group within a dialysis setting.

Responsibilities include data collection pre-during-post treatment, documentation, education for patients and families, and collaboration with the health care team to ensure continuity of care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre–during–post treatment and documents in the medical record.
• Adjusts treatment plan as indicated and notifies supervisor/physician as needed.
• Provides patient/family education on learning needs and care plans.
