Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry-level RN CAP 1 for inpatient services across various facilities in the Lowell area. The role involves assessment, planning, and coordination of care for assigned patients in a dialysis environment.

Ideal candidates have 9+ months RN experience, 6 months dialysis exposure preferred, and active state licensure with CPR/BLS current. Training is provided and opportunities exist for growth within the CAP program.

Qualifications

• RN with CAP 1 entry level status and basic nephrology exposure.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; 12 months preferred.
• 6 months acute dialysis experience preferred; hemodialysis/ICU exposure beneficial.
• Graduate nursing school with active state licensure required; CPR/BLS current.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and learning needs.
• Coordinate with supervisors, physicians, and facility staff for continuity of care.
• Administer medications and respond to adverse events as needed.
• Participate in staff training, on-call rotations, and coverage across facilities.
