Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• CPR BLS certification current or completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Perform data collection and document in the medical record during dialysis sessions.
• Educate patients and families about care needs and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with health team to adjust treatment plans and respond to changes in patient status.
• Direct and ensure safe nursing care for all modality procedures.
