Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.

• BLS certification required; ACLS if telemetry is utilized.

Responsibilities

• Gathers initial patient data and participates in admission assessments.
• Develops and updates plan of care with goals and interventions.
• Coordinates care with case managers, physicians and the nursing team.
• Performs ongoing reassessment and discharge planning.
• Maintains safety, documentation and communication standards.
