Job summary

Qualifications

• One year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
• Commitment to the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct with required trainings.
• Texas RN license or compact-state license; temporary TX permit acceptable for new grads.
• BLS and unit-specific certifications must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care planning and evaluation.
• Provide safe, competent nursing care per policy.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to address care concerns and resolutions.
• Possible weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, or on-call shifts.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
