Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Texas (or compact state) with current license.
• BSN preferred.
• Must have and maintain BLS certification.
• Must have and maintain current ARC/AHA certifications as required.
• Commitment to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision; interact with hospital staff and departments.
• May require weekend, holiday, evenings, nights, and/or on-call work.
